This client has a house that is located on top of Sawnee Mountain with absolutely stunning views!
They were out of town on vacation for 3 weeks and, unfortunately, had a major plumbing leak while they were gone. The leak started on the second floor, came down through the kitchen and ultimately flooded the basement.
This resulted in a whole home remodel. We seized this opportunity to open up the once divided floor plan, which allowed not only for a more open concept that is great for hosting large gatherings, but also for the amazing mountain views to be enjoyed from every room of the house.
